pluralsight navigate
Pluralsight Navigate is an invite-only, in-person conference designed for technology and learning and development/human resources (L&D/HR) leaders from Pluralsight's most promising and valued customer accounts. The primary objective of this project was to conceptualize and create a distinctive visual identity for the event, assume a creative direction role for video and motion assets, and take charge of the graphic design responsibilities for all digital materials, on-site signage, and event merchandise.
In approaching this task, I started by focusing on the event's name, "Navigate," drawing inspiration from the world of wayfinding and maps. I created a mood board that incorporated elements reminiscent of grids, topography, directional beacons, train maps, arrows, and compasses, shaping the event's unique visual identity. This thematic foundation served as the cornerstone for the distinct look and feel that would unify every experience leading up to, at, and after the event.

Link is a by-invitation-only gathering, specifically tailored for expert tech influencers and developer relations practitioners. The primary objective was to establish the event's distinct branding, a task undertaken in close collaboration with my team.
My initial exploration centered on the concept of tiles that would seamlessly interlock, akin to puzzle pieces, while maintaining a common thread. This felt particularly appropriate given the core purpose of the event revolved around fostering engagement and facilitating meaningful connections within the expert tech community.
From there a lead designer on my team brought the concept to life, as evident in the creative displayed above. Subsequently, my role shifted towards that of an art director, responsible for approving assets before being finalized.

pluralsight live
Pluralsight LIVE is an annual user conference, uniting hundreds of technology professionals who share common interests and goals. My primary objective for this project involved the execution of all necessary digital and printed materials for the event, close collaboration with the creative director for our CEO's mainstage presentation, and partnering with an external event execution company to ensure an exceptional attendee experience at the event.
At this career stage I had recently assumed the role of art director, so the initial mood board for LIVE was provided by another art director. I enjoyed the opportunity of bringing it to life.
