pluralsight talent campaign

The people team at Pluralsight came to the creative team seeking an employee value proposition campaign. They needed a digital campaign that celebrated current employees, attracted new hires, and maintained a connection to the core Pluralsight brand while also having a slightly different feel.

Recognizing their desire to spotlight individuals, I designed the campaign with a focus on our employees. Working with a local photographer, I directed a photoshoot to capture employees in their most genuine form.

tour de tech

In the summer of 2020, Pluralsight ran a digital campaign to boost platform engagement among both B2C and B2B users. Once we decided on the “Tour de Tech” theme, the challenge for me was to create a campaign look that embraced the cycling theme while maintaining the core brand identity.

After pitching a handful of options, the logo above was the most popular among stakeholders. I developed brand guidelines, digital assets, and swag packs for challenge winners ensuring a cohesive campaign experience from start to finish.

tech skills day

Tech Skills Day is Pluralsight’s annual virtual event designed to engage and inspire the tech community. The goal was to emphasize the importance of technology skills and continuous upskilling while increasing Pluralsight’s brand awareness among technologists.

To stand out in Pluralsight’s previously black driven promotional space, I opted for a more pink driven and colorful approach, using black and white banners to provide contrast and structure against the bright and organic background. This approach helped create a distinct visual identity for Tech Skills Day 2022.
